Dr. Eldred is proud to serve as the Medical Lead Veterinarian at our practice. She earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Michigan State University College of Veterinary Medicine and brings a diverse background in veterinary medicine to her role.
After graduation, Dr. Eldred spent several years practicing in North Carolina, where she gained experience in emergency medicine, small animal general practice, and rehabilitation therapy. Her professional interests include pain management, mobility, preventive care, and partnering with pet owners to help their companions live healthy, comfortable lives.
Originally from Michigan, Dr. Eldred was excited to return to her home state and continue serving pets and their families in the community she now calls home. She is passionate about building lasting relationships with clients and believes that education and communication are key components of exceptional veterinary care.
Outside the hospital, Dr. Eldred enjoys spending time with her husband, son, and their energetic chocolate Labrador Retriever, Hudson. When she's not caring for patients, you can often find her reading, gardening, practicing aerial silks, or exploring creative hobbies such as crochet and painting. She also loves spending time outdoors with her family and cheering on local teams at sporting events.
